Today 29th March, 2019, should have seen our victory.
It should have been the first day of a newly independent Britain.
Today should have opened up a new world of opportunities.
It should have started the national rebirth of Britain.
Instead, here we are, still tied up like Spartacus and Antoninous awaiting our fate.
Will it be Theresa May's Withdrawl Agreement which effectively traps us in the EU while stripping us of our voting rights, our MEPs, our commissioner, ECJ judges, and any possibility of leaving? An agreement so awful that it could only have been devised to make rejoining the EU look attractive.
Or will we tread the well-worn EU route to a second referendum accompanied by the usual mafioso threats.
That's it. Those are the only options our MPs have left us with.
When they ruled out 'no deal Brexit' they were in fact ruling out Brexit. The only reason they called it 'no deal Brexit' was to conceal what they were doing. And the only alternatives to Brexit that the EU will allow are vassalage or returning to the EU with our tail between our legs.
So that's it. That's where we are, like Spartacus and Antoninous waiting for the chop.
The liars won, the weaklings won, the cowards won, the plutocrats won, and the crooks won.
And Britain lost.
Could we ever have won?
Back in 2016 we thought we knew the worse about our leaders. We saw the manipulation. We saw the corruption. We saw the stupidity, the incompetence and their general uselessness.
We saw all that. But we were still naive. Back in 2016 though many of us worried that Theresa May would screw up the negotiations, only conspiracy nutjobs imagined that she would wholeheartedly sabotage the greatest democratic mandate in British history.
Also we were reassured when May appointed several high-profile Brexiteers to her cabinet. David Davis and Boris would keep her honest. Once again, who but a conspiracy nutjob would have predicted that she could and would cut these senior ministers entirely out of the negotiations?
Who would have imagined the British government betraying Britain as Theresa May did when she negotiated a Withdrawl Agreement that enslaves her country?
We didn't know just how much contempt our leaders had for us and their country.
So bearing all this treachery and lies in mind.
Could we ever have won?
No, not a chance. Even if Boris had won the leadership it would have been doubtful, knowing what we now know about how far Remainers are willing to go to betray their country.
But with that said, Remainers don't seem too pleased with their victory. Perhaps they have some vestige of conscience about how they won it.
Or more likely they realise that they haven't won at all.
Think back through all you've heard from Remainers in the past few years. When did they ever make the case for the EU? We've heard often enough how stupid, reckless and costly it will be to leave the EU. They never tire of reviling us as stupid, old, racist, and out of touch for believing that Britain should be independent. But what is their vision? When do they ever stand with their flag in the background emoting over the joys of the EU?
So as Spartacus says over the dead body of his friend, Antoninus:
'Here's your victory. He'll come back, and he'll be millions!'
Brexit is inevitable. The only thing Remainers have sabotaged is the timetable.
That's their victory.
Do they seriously believe that after fighting for decades with ever greater support that we will just give up and go away?
The EU will go the same way as the Soviet Union and for pretty much the same reasons. It's arrogant and it has no democratic accountability, so it keeps on making the sort of disastrous mistakes that dictators always make. It's too large to respond to the needs of its many and various peoples even if it wanted to. It is stagnant and stumbling from crisis to crisis. Almost certainly the next bad recession will break it up.
And it won't be missed, because nobody loves the EU.
Do Remainers seriously think that any of this will change and that the EU is capable of reform?
Remember that on this day of national humiliation.
This too shall pass.
Remainers will lose because they are fighting freedom and freedom fighters.
We will win.
Brexit is inevitable.
Britain will be free again.
