Out of the Mouths of Babes...

                          Parental Advisory: Could cause a civil war near you!

I’m not generally a fan of the old saw that “Out of the mouths of babes comes wisdom” but the suckling lefties at HOPE not hate have made me rethink.

First a little background. HOPE not hate was founded on the simple belief that multicultural Britain is a brilliant idea, but is threatened by “hate groups” and “extremists”. Their main purpose therefore is to unite a rainbow coalition of right thinking (i.e., left thinking) people against the haters.

What’s not to like? After all tolerance is the basis of any civilised society and we do need to unite against the intolerant.

The first problem is who they primarily indentify as the haters. You guessed it, all those windbags at Ukip and the EDL who despite their scary “far-right” opposition to mass immigration have proved to be no match for Islamists in chalking up an impressive body count of victims. They don’t even measure up to HOPE not hate’s pasty-faced fascist friends at Unite Against Fascism who clearly have been given a license to crack heads across Britain as the government’s extra-legal enforcers of multiculturalism.   

The main problem though  is the naïve premise that multiculturalism is the acme of civilisation. Simply put cultures are not equal and even if they were, the laws of a society to be coherent need to based on one culture. Female genital mutilation is either wrong or it isn’t. The problem with multicultural Britain is that it is unable to make even this fantastically simple call. That’s why there have been zero prosecutions for FGM despite the more than 170,000 cases.

So the very silly basic premise of HOPE not hate reveals them as the very epitome of naïve ignorance who are destined to be wrong about just about everything. But then again, out of the mouths of babes…

That brings me to their latest report on the state of Britain. There’s 32 pages of what they advertise as “first class research” which I’ll leave you to be the best judge of. What caught my eye was the title:

The Muhammad Cartoons: The Counter Jihadist Plot To Ignite A Civil War In Britain

Wow,  really?

So organising an iddy biddy Muhammad cartoons’ competition could start a civil war?

Who'd have thought that our multicultural paradise was so fragile?
