Madonna Is Relevant

Madonna exudes subtle sensuality appropriate to her age

When Madonna speaks only a fool could remain unmoved.

Unmoved to tears of laughter that is.

Last week she shared her insight on the sad transformation of France in recent times. She told a Paris radio station that their country “feels like Nazi Germany”.

It seems that some stories from that nasty primitive place otherwise known as the real world had leaked into the parallel Madonna-centric universe. Apparently people are persecuting Jews and Madonna as a convert to Kaballah, a sort of spiritual Judaism, had to speak out:

“France was once a country that accepted people of color, a place artists escaped to, whether it was Josephine Baker or Charlie Parker.

“It was a country that embraced everyone and encouraged freedom in every way, shape or form of artistic expression of freedom. Now that’s completely gone.”

And Madonna was quite clear on who is responsible.

The reason that France had lost that certain je ne sais quoi in the meeting and greeting of foreigners was Marine Le Pen’s outfit, the Front National (FN), who are “fascists”.

It’s a shame the driven dominatrix didn’t stick around too long on our planet, because her reputed 140 IQ may have suggested a couple of anomalies in the view she’d formed of France.

Firstly her fellow believers in Jewish scripture don’t agree with her about the source of all the trouble. Surveys indicate that French Jews overwhelmingly identify Muslims as the threat they face. With that in mind perhaps the following remarks would have been more worthy of the savant songstress:

“France was once a country that accepted people of color. Now it turns out that the religion of many of those people of color mandates anti-Semitism so  that the Jews of France are leaving in droves for Israel.

“The experience of Jews living in their native France in peace and security is now completely gone.”

Even though Jews in recent years have become much more cautious about wearing distinguishing dress and symbols, the abuse and attacks have skyrocketed. This background of intimidation is punctuated every few months by what the IRA used to call “a spectacular”. There will be a particularly grisly rape or murder to hurry them on their way before the situation gets even worse.

As Sarah Landau told AFP: “It’s true. We’re thinking of leaving. France today is not like the France I used to know. My Judaism was never a problem but today it’s a problem for our children.”

Perhaps the pop tart with a heart should have spoken to somebody at the sharp end like Sarah.

In fact, last year 7,000 Jews sold up and left their country to start a new life in a country where they can walk the streets openly without being reviled, spat at and assaulted by people such as those welcomed to France in recent decades.

Then as regards the artistic dimension of France’s troubles let me run another thought  by you, Madge.

“It was a country that embraced everyone and now it is a country in which cartoonists are murdered for drawing pictures of Mohammad.”

Millions demonstrated in the street with those pathetic “Je Suis Charlie” signs. But the signs only served to underline the lie that the French are now living.

Someone once said that when you attend the funeral of a friend you cry for them, but when you attend the funeral of a stranger you cry for yourself. All those solemn millions crying over the deaths of the cartoonists were crying for themselves. If they’d felt any true empathy for the free speech warriors  of Charlie Hebdo the only appropriate peaceful response would have been to display the “Je Suis Charlie” as a caption under a depiction of Mohammad.

Surely in a France that “encouraged freedom in every way, shape or form of artistic expression” would have done that.

But I’ll agree with Madonna on one thing:

That France has gone!

Then last but not least is Madonna’s charge that FN are “fascists”.

Now let me see, what’s the most salient characteristics of a fascist? I guess that would be the use of intimidation and violence to force non-believers to accept your all-embracing vision of a perfect society. Then there’s the worship of the great leader who is so wonderfully fantastic that he is above criticism and anybody who has the temerity to insult him deserves only death.

Sadly, by those criteria the FN don’t seem to be making the grade as scary fascists. It’s true that they’ve made the occasional hurtful remark over the years, but so far as my investigations have shown they haven’t chalked up a single gratuitous murder or street rampage in four decades. They also seem pretty wanting in the defence of their leader’s dignity. All manner of nasty invective has been lavished on Marine, and her father before her, and they just seem to take it on the chin like one of those pantywaist democratic politicians.

In fact the best evidence for their lack of fascist credentials is the total lack of fear that French metropolitan liberals experience when they revile them openly and continually. On this point it should also be pointed out that Liberal War Heroes is the world’s smallest book, more of a postage stamp in fact. Generally all it takes to make a liberal burst into tears is to break the truth to them about Santa Claus. The merest hint of danger generally sends them into fainting fits. American lefties, by way of example, are only now coming to terms with Senator McCarthy shouting at them 60 years ago.

Then there’s the polling that indicates that French Jews are voting for FN in ever increasing numbers; 13.5% voted FN in the last presidential election. This is doubly surprising considering FN’s own anti-Semitic past.

But Madonna will no doubt be pleased to learn that my research has identified another French grouping that could much more correctly be described as fascist. They’ve been rampaging the streets intimidating people for years, they account for around 70% of prisoners in French jails, and have chalked up a few dozen truly horrific technicolor murders.

In fact, it was this same group that murdered those cartoonists for mocking the great leader of their ideology, and those Jews in the delicatessen for being Jews.

Hmmm.

I’m sure many of you are wondering why I would waste reasoned argument on the bovine idiocy of Madonna. Many will agree with BBC Radio 1 that recently termed her “irrelevant and old” and removed her from their playlist.

And as regards Madonna’s creepy prancing around in public in her smalls they have a point. Mature women can be incredibly sensuous but it generally involves more sophistication and subtlety than the raddled old hussy is capable of.

But as regards Madonna’s politics she’s front and centre relevant and mainstream.

As a case in point, last week a British Jew repeated some research carried out by a co-religionist in Paris and Milan. Here’s how the Daily Mail reported his experience:

I took the inspiration from the viral videos of Israeli journalist Zvika Klein, who filmed himself being threatened on the streets of Paris, and Muslim Hamdy Mahisen, who filmed himself getting abuse in Milan.

Zvika walked in Paris for 10 hours, Hamdy in Milan for five. It took me just one minute. One minute of walking one single, busy major street in Manchester before abuse was flung at me.

In 25 minutes on that one single street in Longsight, I was spat at by one man and called 'a Jew' multiple times by passersby, even by a young boy walking with his father.

I was just walking in the street testing the effect of being clearly identifiable as a Jew by wearing a small traditional Jewish head covering called a kippah.

In Bradford the situation was more shameful. It took 13 minutes, during which I was stalked by a man who repeatedly took pictures of me. He followed me on foot for five minutes and thirty seconds according to my footage.

There was a shout of 'you Jew' at me as I crossed the road to Bradford City Park. Minutes later a man turned his head and yelled 'fight the Jewish scum' just behind my back.

Some time later three youths shouted at me across a street repeatedly, 'You're a Jew, not a Muslim...Jew, Jew, Jew run!'

I was prepared to walk for hours and expected to get nothing on camera. On Manchester's curry mile, a haven of mixed cultures and skin colour, it took two-and-half-minutes for a young lad on a bike to ride up to me and shout, 'You're a Jew' in my face. I was left speechless that anti-Semitism is so obvious.

In total, between the two cities I suffered a series of anti-Semitic hate incidents, two more than those in Zvika Klein's video and achieved in one-tenth of the time here in Britain. What a horrible reality.

So no particular surprise to anybody with a slight acquaintance with our Muslim areas.

Now see what the local political class has to say again from the same article:

“Councillor Bernard Priest spoke out against the horrific comments and actions of some of the city's residents during Jonathan Kalmus' walkabout in Manchester.
'These incidents are not acceptable and have no place in our diverse and thriving city,' he told MailOnline.
And,

“Bradford's council leader … David Green maintains Bradford is a multi-cultural hub which is proud of its diverse and welcoming”

These comments clearly show that whatever psychiatric condition Madonna has it’s not irrelevant and it’s not rare. In fact, you won’t find a single political leader high or low from any party other than Ukip that says anything different.

Madonna’s worldview may be deranged but it’s also shared by almost everybody who counts.

That’s why 170,000 British women have been genitally mutilated a crime punishable by up to 14 years in prison and there hasn’t been a single prosecution.

That’s why so called “honour killings” are passed off by the police as suicides.

That’s why the PM says that the Islamic State has nothing to do with Islam.

That’s how 1400 underage white girls can be raped and not a single policeman or official is held to account for their criminal complicity.

That’s why many of our universities so sensitive to “Islamophobia” and sexism  have no problem with inviting Muslim supremacists to spread their creed.

That’s why teaching of the Crusades and the Holocaust are avoided in schools where there are significant Muslim numbers.

That’s why Muslims are enabled to commit electoral fraud not usually seen outside countries like Zimbabwe.

That’s why our most valuable birthright, free speech, has been effectively banned when it is used to protest the greatest threat to national security that Britain faces.

That’s why Muslims have been allowed to get away with incitement to murder in the presence of police officers.

In her interview with the Paris radio station Madonna declared, “We’re living in crazy times.”

You got that right, Madge.

  1. This is a another example of the negative impact of Muslims in large numbers moving to the West. Jews tend to contribute things in London for example we Have Canary Wharf and the Shard , Muslims in England and ever other European country in which the reside push up social wellfare costs.France gets Muslims and looses Jews seems a poor exchange.

  2. Theresa May repeated what the French and Danish PMs had said that Britain would not be Britain without its Jews. Then of course, unlike them she had to ruin it by saying that it wouldn't be Britain without its Muslims.

    No. It would be better!
