Two Racist Crimes

Back in November 2011 Emma West starred in a YouTube clip called “My Tram Experience” which had 11 million hits. Unfortunately, she wasn’t overjoyed with her fame or even shortlisted for the YouTube awards that year. This might have something to do with the fact that her performance became more widely known under the title “Racist Rant on a Tram”.

Emma’s performance can be revisited in the clip above. Quite frankly if she is thinking of joining equity, I’d advise against it. I hope we are not seeing her at her best because she comes across as offensive, incoherent and stupid.

But although the rant was clearly insulting, no sensible person could come to the conclusion that surrounded as she was by ethnic minorities with her 4-year-old on her lap she posed any serious physical threat to anybody or that her actions constituted a major crime.

Sadly for Britain sensible people, and particularly sensible police, are in ever shorter supply. Her tirade was instantly considered on a par with Kristallnacht and the British Transport Police made an appeal for the public to identify her.

They tracked her down on November 28^th , arrested her, locked her up and had her up before Croydon Magistrates’ Court the next day. The magistrate, no doubt sensing the eyes of the world upon him, decided that she should be locked up in a high security prison “for her own safety”. This was due to a prosecution application that bail be denied on the grounds that she had received several death threats.

Curiously enough the police don’t seem to have given the same sort of  priority to the investigation of these “death threats” which were so credible that they resulted in an as yet innocent mother being imprisoned for more than two weeks as they gave to her rather pathetic little rant that threatened nobody.

As these pictures show the police generally take a rather indulgent attitude to such matters.

Then on December 13^th the magistrate presumably decided that the death threats were  no longer credible and released Emma to her home address, which had been published widely in newspaper accounts.

So far, so ridiculously heavy handed. She had already served more prison time than the combined prison time (i.e. none) of 4 Somali women who launched an unprovoked assault on a woman screaming “Kill the white slag”.

The assault was captured on film, which clearly shows the victim being repeatedly kicked in the head on the ground. The attack was so vicious that part of the victim’s scalp was torn away with her hair. However, the judge in this case came to the surprising conclusion that there was no racial element in the crime. The case also achieved a certain notoriety due to the fact that the drunken state of the attackers was considered a mitigating circumstance due to their Muslim faith.

On the 3^rd March Emma West was charged with assaulting two police officers. Speaking as someone who has till recent years usually given the police the benefit of the doubt, I have to say that this allegation stinks.

Firstly, they are suggesting a woman of previously good character assaulted two officers. Why?

Then there is the sad reality that the police are now political and there are now more and more credible reports emerging of intimidation of the general public. Apart from anything else the police appear extremely reluctant to see this shocking case of assault on their officers pursued except as an adjunct to the pathetic rant charge. The charge appears designed merely to strengthen this case. I very much doubt that any medical evidence will be offered in support of this charge.

So far, so totalitarian. Then Emma’s case took a turn for the surreal. Since last March her case has been adjourned FOUR times.

Such postponements are not uncommon in the case of a temporarily unavailable witness or unforeseen difficulties in collecting evidence. But the reasons cited by the prosecution for delay all concern matters that are entirely within their ability to control. They have asked for adjournments three times for further psychiatric reports to be prepared and once because a particular expert witness was unavailable.

All these delays can only mean either incredible incompetence or delaying tactics.

But whatever the reason, the judge’s acquiescence in four adjournments and the silence of the media on Emma West’s treatment has been as despicable as it is unsurprising.

The intention of the authorities in this case is both clear and contemptible. Liberal Britain may only comprise something like a fifth of the population, but thanks to their “long march through the institutions” they now hold absolute sway over the commanding heights. When the YouTube clip surfaced they were genuinely motivated by a pure liberal zeal to punish the evildoer (to borrow from their reviled nemesis George W Bush). Everybody they knew was utterly convinced that such an open expression of the vilest evil could not go unpunished. Such a woman had to be made an example of in the manner of Jacqueline Woodhouse who despite an abject apology was jailed for 21 weeks for a similar outburst in May last year.

So a misdemeanor which should have been punished by a modest fine in a Magistrates’ Court became a cause célèbre for the liberal oligarchy.

Then in August the inevitable spanner hit the works. An offensive, incoherent, and dumb black woman was captured on YouTube making a much more explicitly racist diatribe than Emma West.

Of course, no Londoner would have been surprised. Incidentally, my own public transport experience in this line was to be harangued about evil white men by a Rastafarian who was urinating in a London Underground station, not I may add in the toilet.

Under normal circumstances such outbursts and worse are regarded by our betters as a legitimate letting off of steam from the downtrodden ethnic community. At the same time it is utterly inconceivable to them that a white woman whose neighbourhood has been entirely overrun by foreigners could in any sense be under some understandable stress.

The authorities did what they always do and ignored the silly black woman. Incidentally, I agree with them. She was either very stupid, drunk or mad and the appropriate course would have been a modest fine if sane and medical assistance if otherwise.

And that is exactly what they should have done in response to Emma’s incoherent, offensive and stupid tirade if they weren’t themselves racists of the most disgusting kind.

They don’t hold ethnic minority criminals to account for their crimes because they think black people and Muslims like children are not responsible for their actions. Our multiculturalists look upon minorities with the same offensive affection that gentlemen of another age reserved for the ladies they put on a pedestal yet had apoplexy at the prospect of treating like humans and giving them the vote.

What the black woman’s rant exposed was an extraordinarily racist justice system which ignores an identical crime committed by a black woman whilst disgracefully terrorizing of a young mother for no other reason than she is white.

So let’s compare two racist crimes.

In one a woman under pressure and under the influence of medication says something stupid and offensive which deserves a £50 fine. A woman who is subsequently imprisoned and then tormented by the justice system with charges of assault and four adjournments. A woman who is still waiting for her day in court 13 months after her arrest.

Then there are the authorities who have applied the law according to apartheid type criteria for years. Examples abound. Last week we saw a Muslim convicted of rape freed on the basis that the misogynistic education he received in a British Madrassa was a mitigating circumstance. We have seen the  police act as bodyguards to Muslim demonstrators who have incited murder.  And in another brazen example a Sunday Times investigation last year revealed that the police and other authorities have turned a blind eye to the genital mutilation of 100,000 British women (a crime punishable by up to 14 years in prison). There has not even been a token prosecution.

If Emma merits 21 weeks incarceration like Jacqueline Woodhouse for a misdemeanor, what do the instigators of this industrial scale racism deserve?
